Prices

Our charges are as follows:

Hourly Rates
· Competitive hourly rate. Additional time is charged at 15 minute increments.
· We will be happy to provide you with a quotation based on your specific requirements.
· Any postage/materials incurred will be charged at cost.

Standard pricing (ad-hoc assignments)
Word Processing documents
· prices start from
€8.00 first page plus €4.50 for additional full pages.

Power Point Presentations
€3.50 per basic slide
€8.00 per advanced slide
Handouts and Speaker notes printed at €1.00 per sheet

Please note:
Additional premium of €5.00 per page will be incurred for advanced formatting including tables, graphs, charts, etc. Rate will be confirmed prior to commencement.

Call Handling:
€30 per month for a maximum of 10 messages taken. After ten messages, the cost is €1.50 per call taken / message sent.

Customer Service Calls
For any calls you require us to make on your behalf, the charge is €1.20 per call to any landline and €1.50 to any mobile phone. (max call duration 2 minutes). Charges for longer calls can be negotiated.

Function Attendance:
€170 per half day and €250 per full day

A 50% prepayment for the first assignment may be requested. We invoice on the date of finishing each assignment or monthly – all invoices to be paid within 5 days of invoice date.
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
